We're excited to announce the launch of two big features - score fields and theme groups!

One of our most requested features is now available! We've added the ability to organise themes into a genuine hierarchy. You can create as many levels as you like and easily switch between theme groups and themes on dashboard widgets.

We've added support for custom score fields to the product, which allow you to apply top box aggregation to CSAT and similar data. You can also see the score field in a standalone widget on the Dashboard, making it much easier to see the overall value and trend for metrics other than NPS, such as CSAT, Rating, CES, etc.

When clicking on segment values in the Segmentation chart you now have the option to "drill into", which will take you to a drilldown view for that segment like you would see when drilling into a theme.

When using the Theme Builder you'll notice a new Theme Summary widget that will allow you to generate an AI summary of the current theme. You can use it to easily and quickly understand what a theme captures, much like the At a Glance widget on the Dashboard.
