This month we're excited to share with you our new Theme Outliers feature in Email Digests, Automatic Translation, as well as preview some big upcoming features.

This new setting in Email Digests will automatically detect and show the top Theme outliers to provide you with an early warning system for significant changes in your customer feedback. It detects outliers according to a chosen metric, such as CSAT, NPS, etc, and also includes a summary of the Theme for that time period along with sample verbatims.

Sometimes our customers want to convert multiple source languages into a single language for ease of analysis or reporting. We've made this possible in the product via our automatic translation feature which can operate on file uploads or integrations.

One of our most requested features is just around the corner. We're adding the ability to organise themes into a genuine hierarchy. You can create as many levels as you like. We're about to start beta testing this feature; please let us know if you would like to participate!

We're adding support for custom score fields to the product, which will allow you to apply top box aggregation to CSAT and similar data. You'll also be able to see the score field in a standalone widget on the Dashboard, making it much easier to see the overall value and trend for metrics other than NPS, such as CSAT, Rating, CES, etc.
