We have two exciting updates to share with you today (plus our first competition)!
In today's update:
Observed vs Expected for Queries & Concepts 🔎
One of the most powerful tools you have access to in Kapiche is your Observed vs Expected chart - but until today this feature was only available to you after drilling down into a specific Theme/Concept or via the Segment Chart on your Dashboard home page after applying a Segment filter.
This was super helpful but from a Theme/Concept lens it meant needing to have to manually click into a specific Theme or Concept one by one to identify
segment outliers which can become quite a bit tedious!
That's why we're excited to finally expand this feature to the Queries & Concepts widget on your Dashboard Homepage 🎉
Now, instead of manually clicking into every individual Theme or Concept in order to see which Segments are the outliers, you can simply apply a Segment Filter on your Dashboard to see which of your Themes or Concepts they're most closely related to!
Here's what this looks like in action:
In the Screenshot & Video Examples above, what we've done is apply an Age Filter of 18-24 year olds on the Dashboard which then refreshed the Queries & Concepts widget to show us which Themes/Concepts our 18-24 year olds care most about 😱.
We are SO excited about the insights you'll be able to surface with this change and can't wait for you to dive in and experience it for yourself!

Multi-Select now available for Synonym Suggestions ⌨️
A small but really nice addition to the Synonym Suggestions tool is the ability to select multiple synonyms at once by holding down the CTRL Key (CMD on Mac) and then selecting the different Synonym Suggestions you'd like to add to your Query.
