We're very pleased to share the release for July which includes powerful new analysis capabilities.
1. Dashboard Group By: Improved conversation analysis 🗣️
Previously when conversational data was ingested into Kapiche with a separate record for each utterance (a conversation typically consisting of many utterances), the dashboard could only present results on a per-utterance basis. Often though, conversation-level statistics will give the clearest picture of what customers are talking about. Hence we've launched the 'Group By' feature on Kapiche Dashboards, which allows you to effortlessly obtain conversation-level statistics.
Note: This feature is not yet enabled on all projects. If you'd like to enable it, please reach out to us!
2. PII Removal: More protection for your data 🔒
Now when creating new Projects you'll have the option to apply PII Redaction. When this is enabled Kapiche will automatically detect personally identifiable information (PII) in your data, such as full names, phone numbers, addresses, etc, and replace it with a generic placeholder so that sensitive information is not stored.
3. Outlier Detection in Email Digests 👀
We've added outlier detection for Themes in your email digests, which will automatically highlight significant changes according to the metrics you care about, making it easier to stay on top of what's important.
We've also added the ability to send a test email when configuring a digest. The test email will be sent immediately to your email and will allow you to see exactly what the regular email will look like. You can also use it to generate once-off email reports.
4. Improved Dashboard Interactions 🎯
We strive to allow users to always be able to drill down to the root of a problem, pattern, or observation in order to truly understand what it means. To that end, we've added new interactions to the Context Network and Key Phrases widgets on the Dashboard.
5. Coming Soon: Theme Builder 🏗️
We're currently working on a dedicated page for building Themes that will provide:
Streamlined workflow that combines Storyboard, Unmapped Verbatims, and Theme Building
Editing multiple themes at once without navigating or switching between pages
Foundation for future features such as automatic suggestions, improved cues, and better Theme hierarchies
