Hope you've had a good start to the year! Today, we're sharing some updates on what's changed in the product and a preview of what's to come.

1. Dashboard Truncation โœ‚๏ธ

To improve the usability of the Quadrant and Timeline charts we've added automatic truncation. We'll only show the Top 10 (or however many you like) items according to a metric of your choice. We've provided metrics that help draw out features of the data, like "Highest relative change", which emphasises the most volatile themes or segments.

2. Correlations for Theme Groups ๐Ÿ”—

We've added theme groups to the Correlations chart so you can quickly find which theme groups are closely linked to specific customer segments.

3. Convert Numerical to Score Field ๐Ÿ’ฏ

The score field support we added recently has had a big impact for our users. We've made it easier to use score fields on existing projects - you now can change a numerical field to score field in project settings.

4. Future Preview: AI Themes, Workbench, and More ๐Ÿ”ฎ

We're closing in on releasing some massive new features such as AI Theme frameworks and our new version of the Dashboard called the Workbench. The Workbench's tree-view Themes widget is a perfect way to explore the rich, granular structure of AI Theme frameworks.

We're also working on summarising the key drivers of CX metrics in your data, to make it fast and easy to focus in on what's important.

More to come soon

That's it for now. We'll let you know as we start releasing AI Themes and the new Workbench. We're also working on releasing our Insight Cues feature, which automatically surfaces key change points and outliers in timeline charts.
