What is the score range widget?

The score range widget allows you to analyse score fields as well as any other numerical field on the dashboard.

How can I use the score range widget?

There are two key parts to the widget, the overall value (1) and the timeline (2). The overall value shows the selected field value according to the selected aggregation method for all data contained by the dashboard. The field name and aggregation method will be indicated in the label underneath the overall value. The timeline shows the change in value over time, at a cadence determined by the RESOLUTION setting.

You can change the field and aggregation method by opening the DATA menu.

In the DATA menu you'll see a few options:

  1. Display aggregation -- choose the aggregation method for use in displaying the data. Top and bottom box are only supported for score fields.

  2. Field selection -- choose which field to display from both score fields and numerical fields ,

  3. Date field selection -- choose which date to use when generating the timeline.

You can use this menu to easily switch different fields and find different ways to visualise your numerical data. Some examples:

Top 2 box CSAT

Median Spend
