Introducing the Kapiche Email Digest feature!

We understand that keeping your stakeholders in the loop on key customer metrics can take up a lot of your time and energy (not to mention staying on top of it yourself!). Now you can create and customize automated email reports based on the data and metrics you have configured in your dashboard, and set it up to send at a set time each week, fortnight, month or quarter.

Not only can you customize the content of the email, but you can also set a day and time for a recurring email to be sent to recipients of your choosing. This means that your team members can receive regular updates on key metrics and insights relevant to their products and services. Recipients do not need to be existing Kapiche users.

For example, a category manager within your organization can receive a weekly email every Monday morning with a report on changes in NPS on key themes relevant to their products. This allows them to stay up-to-date on customer feedback and make data-driven decisions for their business.
