👋 Welcome to Kapiche (Explorer Edition)

If you’re here to explore feedback and uncover insights but not upload or configure anything this guide is for you.

As an Explorer, you’ll be using Kapiche to interact with Dashboards and the Workbench that your team has already set up. You’ll be able to drill into what customers are saying, understand sentiment, and find the themes driving your metrics.

🚀 What is Kapiche?

Kapiche helps you make sense of large volumes of open-text feedback like survey comments, complaints, call transcripts, chat, or emails without needing to manually tag or categorise anything.

It uses AI to automatically identify the key themes in your data, so you can quickly see what customers are talking about, how they feel, and what’s driving outcomes like NPS or CSAT.

The goal? Helping you move faster from feedback → insight → action.

🔍 How Kapiche Works (in simple terms)

  1. Upload happens behind the scenes

Your team’s Project Admin handles uploading the data into Kapiche.

  2. Kapiche finds themes and sentiment

The platform automatically groups similar comments together and labels them as positive, negative or neutral.

  3. You explore and share insights

You use Dashboards and the Workbench to understand what customers are saying, and share the insights with others.

👀 What can I do in Kapiche as an Explorer?

You don’t need to set anything up to get value from Kapiche. Your team’s Project Admins have already done the heavy lifting.

As an Explorer, you can:

  • View Workbench Dashboards already created for your team

  • Drill into themes and comments to understand what’s behind scores

  • Apply filters to focus on specific time periods, products, segments or teams

  • Use AI-generated summaries to get the gist quickly

  • Share insights and quotes with stakeholders

💡 What makes Kapiche different?

Most platforms require a lot of manual effort to set up tagging or code frames. Kapiche doesn’t.

It works straight away automatically finding themes, scoring sentiment, and showing what’s driving the numbers. That means you spend less time guessing, and more time acting.

It’s also flexible: whether you’re exploring a one-off complaint spike or looking at long-term NPS trends, Kapiche helps you get answers quickly.
