As an Explorer, youâll be using Kapiche to interact with Dashboards and the Workbench that your team has already set up. Youâll be able to drill into what customers are saying, understand sentiment, and find the themes driving your metrics.

Kapiche helps you make sense of large volumes of open-text feedback like survey comments, complaints, call transcripts, chat, or emails without needing to manually tag or categorise anything.
It uses AI to automatically identify the key themes in your data, so you can quickly see what customers are talking about, how they feel, and whatâs driving outcomes like NPS or CSAT.
