What does the Orange Error message mean?

Kapiche will display a general Orange Error message if something isn't quite right on the page you're loading.

The most common reasons you might see an Orange Error message are:

  • If you have a large data set, sometimes you may see an Orange Error while different elements of Kapiche load & populate
  • If you don't have the correct permissions to view a specific area of Kapiche (most likely a particular Dashboard)
  • If you're trying to load a dashboard while data is being updated / processed

What should you do when you see an Orange Error message?

We recommend giving Kapiche up to 10 minutes to finish loading (some larger data sets may take longer). If the error message is still popping up or if things don't look quite right, try refreshing the page.
