If you've created a Project and are confident that an Net Promoter / NPS column exists in the data file but you don't see any of the NPS charts appear in your analyses, then you're in the right place!

In this guide we'll cover:

The most common reasons NPS data will be missing from a Project / Analysis:

  1. The column was not mapped as an NPS field at the upload stage

  2. The column was accidentally ignored at the upload stage

The easiest way to check whether either of these things have happened is to take a look at the Project Schema Settings:

  1. Navigate to your Project's Homepage & click Settings using the menu to the left

  2. Click on the Project Schema Dropdown

  3. Confirm whether your NPS Column is set to NPS or Numerical/something else

Tip: If you don't see your NPS Column here, then it either didn't exist in the file used to create the Project or it was set to Ignore during the schema mapping stage!

How to solve missing NPS data in a Project/Analysis:

If your NPS Field was set to the Numerical field type (or a non-NPS field type) OR if your NPS Column was set to ignore, you will need to recreate the Project and ensure that the field is properly set to the NPS field type during the schema mapping stage.

Note: If the NPS Field was missing from the file itself you will need to regenerate the file and then go through the project creation & schema mapping steps again to ensure that it's properly coded for Kapiche analysis.
