If you've created a Project and are confident that a Net Promoter Score column exists in the data file but you don't see NPS on any of the widgets on the dashboard, keep reading!
In this guide we'll cover:
The most common reasons NPS data will be missing from a Project/Analysis:
The column was not assigned an NPS data type when you first created the Project
The column was accidentally ignored at the upload stage
The easiest way to check whether either of these things have happened is to take a look at the Project Schema Settings:
Navigate to your Project's Homepage & click Settings using the menu to the left
β
βClick on the Project Schema Dropdown
β
βConfirm whether your NPS Column is set to NPS or Numerical/something else
Tip: If you don't see your NPS Column here, then it either didn't exist in the file used to create the Project or it was set to Ignore during the schema mapping stage!
How to solve missing NPS data in a Project/Analysis:
If your NPS field was set to the Numerical data type (or a non-NPS data type) OR if your NPS column was set to ignore, you will need to recreate the Project and ensure that the field is properly set to the NPS data type during the schema creation stage.
Note: If the NPS Field was missing from the file itself you will need to regenerate the file and then go through the project & schema creation steps again to ensure that it's properly coded for Kapiche analysis.
