The time it takes for a project or analysis to finish processing will be influenced by:
The total number of records in the file being uploaded
How robust each verbatim is (e.g. the more words-per-verbatim, the longer it will take Kapiche to analyze)
The overall size of the project the data is being loaded in to (as we need to re-run the statistics for each a analysis, so the larger the project is, the longer that process takes)
Every data set and project is unique (e.g. some finish processing in under a minute and others can take over an hour), but if you feel something may have gone wrong, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll take a look for you!
