Verification emails may sometimes be blocked by strict spam filters.
If you signed up and have not received a verification email:
- Check your Spam folder; automated emails sometimes can get marked as spam.
- Add email@example.com to your address book and try again.
- If you have tried the above and are still having issues receiving emails from us, consult your IT department asking them to allow emails from @kapiche.com
Note: Some institutions with strict spam filters may filter out emails before they reach your inbox.
