Your account password remains the same across all of the Kapiche sites you have access to.
Change your password
To change your password, follow the steps below:
Sign into your account.
Access one of your Sites.
Click your name in the top right navigation menu, and select Settings.
Click Change Password on the settings sidebar.
Enter your Current Password, then choose a new password and confirm the change.
Then select Update Password.
Reset your password
To reset your password, follow the steps below:
Navigate to any login page.
Click the Forgot Password link.
Enter the email address used at signup, then select Reset.
You will receive an email detailing instructions on how to regain access to your account. If you do not receive the email:
Check your Spam folder, automated emails sometimes can get marked as spam.
Add email@example.com to your address book and try again.
Ensure the email entered is correct.
