What are Project Labels?

Project labels provide a simple and flexible way to organise and view projects. You can create and apply multiple labels to a project, allowing you to quickly filter and find projects relevant to you.

How to create a new label

First, navigate to the Projects page if you are not already there; Then, click the 'Manage labels' button. Once you're on the Manage Labels page you simply need to click the 'Create new label' button and enter a name for your new label. You can select a colour for your label by clicking the colour box on the left.

Once you're finished, click the 'Back to Projects' button and you should see you're new label appear as a filter and be available to be added to projects.

You can delete a label by clicking the 'Delete' button. You can rename it by clicking the 'Rename' button or the label name directly.

How to add or remove a label for a project

To add a label to a project, simply hover over the project and click the 'Add label' button. Select the desired label from the dropdown. Then to remove, simply hover over a label and click the 'Remove' button.

How to filter projects by label

On the Projects page, when no label filters are applied, the 'All Projects' label will be selected. Click a label to apply it as a filter. If you apply multiple label filters, projects will be returned that match any single filter. To reset the filters simply click the 'All Projects' label.
