The general rule of thumb:

For every one text question, for 100K rows of data = 1 hour.

So if you have 200K rows of data, and two text questions, it will take approximately 4 hours.

Please note there are some other small variables that could make it slightly longer or shorter (such as number of columns) however it will be close to the rule.
