There are a few ways to get data out of Kapiche, depending on what you need.
Download a project's data files
You can download, or open in your browser, any data file that has finished importing into a project.
Open the project and find the file in its data file list.
Click the … next to the file.
Choose Download CSV to save it, or View in New Tab to open it in your browser.
Things to know:
Only site Admins and Creators can download or view data files.
You'll get the file as Kapiche processed it, which may differ from your original upload. If PII redaction is turned on for the project, you'll get the redacted version. See How does PII Redaction work?
Files that are still importing can't be downloaded yet.
If View in New Tab doesn't open, your browser may be blocking pop-ups. Allow pop-ups for Kapiche, or use Download CSV instead.
Export results from the Workbench
Most Workbench widgets have an export button that downloads the widget's data as a CSV, an image, or a PowerPoint slide.
