Comparing Queries

One of our most-loved query tools is the ability to run comparative queries side by side, as this makes it super easy for you to compare how different customer segments, like regions, revenue categories and demographics are performing vs your overall company average.

To run a query comparison, start by running the first part of the query you'd like to include in your comparison, then click on the Compare Queries button towards the right hand side of the screen.

From there, your query screen will be broken into two components where you'll be able to include the second part of the query (right side) that you'd like to compare with the first part (left side):

For example, if we run a comparative query between those who flew Premium Economy vs those who flew Standard Economy (above), we can immediately see how the respective NPS and narrative changes between the two customer segments:

Saving comparison views

At the moment it's not possible to save query comparisons but if this is something you think we should consider introducing, please let us know (see below!)

Exiting the comparison view

When you've finished with your query comparison you can click on the orange 'Back to Single Query' button towards the top left of the query screen.
