There are a couple of different ways you can share a dashboard depending on whether they are an existing Kapiche user or if they are being invite to Kapiche for the first time - we've outlined each process for you below!

Adding a new Dashboard user to Kapiche

To maintain top security, we have a two-step authentication process when it comes to adding new Dashboard users to Kapiche:

Step 1: Generate an invitation via the Dashboard menu:

  2. Click on the 'Share' icon towards the top-right corner of the page
  3. Type the email of the person you want to add into the invite box
  4. Hit enter to send an invitation to your new user

Step 2: Your user will need to activate their account

Your new user will receive an email invitation to activate their Kapiche account - they'll need to follow the instructions in their email in order to complete the registration process.
